This Abloy electric motor mortise lock can be used as a high security auxiliary lock in gates and exterior doors of industrial facilities, shopping centers and commercial premises. Especially suitable for use in sliding doors since they can be built into the door frame and leaf as well.
The lock can be electronically controlled by card reader, keypad or timer.
Can also be used with door automatics.
When locking the bulit-in motor performs the 90° rotation of the hook bolt, when opening it drives the bolt back into the lock case. Can be installed in right and left doors too.
The motor lock connects with a separate control unit to the access control system (this usually is to be placed near the door). The control unit is included.
The use of the EA300 striking plate with built-in door contacts is needed.
